Kent Weldon has over 25 years of private equity experience, investing capital and partnering with management teams at his companies.

Mr. Weldon is the Managing Partner of Bravura Capital, a private investment holding company. Mr. Weldon joined Thomas H. Lee Partners (“THL”) in 1991 and was a member of the firm’s Management and Investment Committees. His investment and team leadership experience crosses all sectors in which the firm invested (Business and Financial Services, Consumer, Healthcare, Media, Information Services and Industrial Services). Prior to joining THL, Mr. Weldon worked at Morgan Stanley in the Financial Institutions Group. He also worked at Wellington Management Company. Mr. Weldon is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and Harvard Business School.
